Abstract The spectrophotometric molybdenum blue method for phosphorus determination was adapted to a multiwell plate format. sensitive and allowed the simultaneous of in many samples. It cheap eco-friendly due application small volumes reagents and, therefore, it meets requirements “green” or sustainable chemistry. method’s limit detection (LOD) is 0.37 μg/mL its quantification (LOQ) 1.13 μg/mL. Its linearity up 30 μg phosphorus/mL. applied 65 dairy products (yogurts, yogurt drinks, buttermilks, kefirs homogenized cheeses) strawberry, peach, forest fruits, vanilla other flavours. content 143–226 mg/100 g flavoured yogurts, 78–204 89–218 kefirs, around 195 165–277 cheeses. presented can be used routine quantitative analysis total products.
